Our service is private and premium, exclusively provided for one group or one family at a time. We do not serve multiple groups simultaneously to maintain the highest service standards and ensure safety throughout your journey.

การบริการของเราเป็นแบบส่วนตัวเเละพรีเมี่ยมสำหรับบริการหนึ่งกลุ่มหรือหนึ่งครอบครัว ไม่ได้ให้บริการหลายกลุ่มพร้อมกัน และช่วงเวลาเดียวกัน เพื่อควบคุมมาตราฐานการบริการ เเละความปลอดภัยระหว่างการใช้บริการ

If you plan to bring any pets on the rental van. Additionally, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering any costs associated with damages and cleaning that may occur.

กรณีต้องการนำสัตว์เลี้ยงขึ้นรถรบกวนท่านเเจ้งกับทางบริษัทก่อนใช้บริการเเละหากมีการเสียหายหรือต้องการทำความสะอาดพิเศษลูกค้าจะต้องรับหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในส่วนนี้ทั้งหมด

We kindly request that all passengers refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, including smoking and drug-related ones, while inside the van.

ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้สารเสพติด สูบบุหรี่มวนหรือไฟฟ้า รวมถึงกิจกรรมผิดกฏหมายทุกประเภทภายในรถ กรณีฝ่าฝืนจะมีการค่าปรับตามสถานการณ์

Since our service operates under the Thai Department of Transportation, our driver prioritizes the safety of our clients throughout the journey. Therefore, it's important to adhere to the speed limits in accordance with traffic laws and the prevailing road conditions. Also, The numbers of passengers should not be more than available seats on the van.

เนื่องด้วยการบริการของเรามีการจดทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้องตามกฏหมายเเละขึ้นตรงกับทางกรมขนส่งแห่งประเทศไทยทางเราจำเป็นจะต้องใช้ความเร็วเเละกฏจราจรตามกฏหมายเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้โดยสาร รวมถึงจำนวนผู้โดยสารจะต้องไม่เกินจำนวนที่นั่งที่กำหนด

In accordance with both client safety and Thai law, our drivers are required to take a minimum rest period of 8 hours after completing a 12-hour shift. They must not exceed a maximum of 16 hours of work per day.

เพื่อความปลอดภัยของลูกค้าเเละกฏหมายบังคับใช้ คนขับรถจำเป็นต้องมีชั่วโมงการพักผ่อนไม่ต่ำกว่า 8 ชั่วโมงหลังจากการบริการ 12 ชั่วโมง เเละไม่เกิน 16 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน

The driver and our company will make every effort to provide smooth and reliable service throughout your journey. In the event of delays caused by traffic or accidents, the driver will do their utmost to assist and ensure passengers reach their destination. If alternative transportation is required, the company will cover the actual transportation cost up to a maximum of THB 2,000 per day. However, the company will not be responsible for any other expenses or damages under any circumstances.

คนขับเเละทางบริษัทฯ จะพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าทุกท่านตลอดการเดินทางด้วยความเรียบร้อย หากความล่าช้าอันเกิดจากจราจรเเละอุบัติเหตุคนขับจะอำนวยความสะดวกเต็มความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและส่งลูกค้าให้ถึงที่หมาย โดยหากมีค่าใช้จ่ายเกิดจากต้องใช้รถโดยสารอื่นทดแทน ทางบริษัทฯ จะรับผิดชอบค่ารถตามจริงแต่ไม่เกินจำนวน 2,000 บาทต่อวัน ส่วนค่าใช้จ่าย หรือความเสียหายในส่วนอื่น ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่รับผิดชอบทุกกรณี

If there is damage to the van from customers careless and not caused by normal use conditions. The customer must pay for the repair with the full amount.
