Creating policies for a van rental service is crucial to ensure your guests’ safety and positive experience. You can maintain a successful and sustainable service by establishing clear guidelines and expectations.

กฏเเละกติกาการใช้บริการของเราจำเป็นกับการบริการทุกๆประเภทเพื่อเพื่อมาตราฐานความปลอดภัยเเละสร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าทุกท่น

For your safety and best service, it is required that you observe the followings: เพื่อความปลอดภัยเเละให้บริการได้ดีที่สุด รบกวนลูกค้าทุกท่านทำความเข้าใจดังนี้

1. We want to inform you that our rental service is designed to cater exclusively to one group of customers at a time, rather than accommodating multiple groups simultaneously. การบริการของเราเป็นแบบส่วนตัวเเละพรีเมี่ยมสำหรับบริการหนึ่งกลุ่มหรือหนึ่งครอบครัว ไม่ใช่การรับส่งหลายๆกลุ่ม เพื่อควบคุมมาตราฐานเเละความปลอดภัยระหว่างการใช้บริการ
2. If you plan to bring any pets on the rental van. Additionally, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering any costs associated with damages and cleaning that may occur. กรณีต้องการนำสัตว์เลี้ยงขึ้นรถรบกวนท่านเเจ้งกับทางบริษัทก่อนใช้บริการเเละหากมีการเสียหายหรือต้องการทำความสะอาดพิเศษลูกค้าจะต้องรับหน้าที่รับผิดชอบในส่วนนี้ทั้งหมด
3. We kindly request that all passengers refrain from engaging in any illegal activities, including smoking and drug-related ones, while inside the van. ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้สารเสพติด สูบบุหรี่มวนหรือไฟฟ้า รวมถึงกิจกรรมผิดกฏหมายทุกประเภทภายในรถ กรณีฝ่าฝืนจะมีการค่าปรับตามสถานการณ์
4. Since our service operates under the Thai Department of Transportation, our driver prioritizes the safety of our clients throughout the journey. Therefore, it's important to adhere to the speed limits in accordance with traffic laws and the prevailing road conditions. Also, The numbers of passengers should not be more than available seats on the van. เนื่องด้วยการบริการของเรามีการจดทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้องตามกฏหมายเเละขึ้นตรงกับทางกรมขนส่งแห่งประเทศไทยทางเราจำเป็นจะต้องใช้ความเร็วเเละกฏจราจรตามกฏหมายเพื่อความปลอดภัยของผู้โดยสาร รวมถึงจำนวนผู้โดยสารจะต้องไม่เกินจำนวนที่นั่งที่กำหนด
5. In accordance with both client safety and Thai law, our drivers are required to take a minimum rest period of 8 hours after completing a 12-hour shift. They must not exceed a maximum of 16 hours of work per day. เพื่อความปลอดภัยของลูกค้าเเละกฏหมายบังคับใช้ คนขับรถจำเป็นต้องมีชั่วโมงการพักผ่อนไม่ต่ำกว่า 8 ชั่วโมงหลังจากการบริการ 12 ชั่วโมง เเละไม่เกิน 16 ชั่วโมงต่อวัน
6. Our drivers are dedicated to ensuring the smooth delivery of your entire service. Should any delays occur due to traffic or accidents, we will make every effort to assist you promptly, ensuring you reach your destination. Any subsequent payments will not exceed the daily rental fee and will not be counted against you. However, standard miscellaneous costs will still apply as usual. คนขับเเละทางเราจะพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อให้บริการลูกค้าทุกท่านตลอดการเดินทาง ความล่าช้าอันเกิดจากจราจรเเละอุบัติเหตุคนขับจะอำนวยความสะดวกเต็มความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาและส่งลูกค้าให้ถึงที่หมายในวันนั้นโดยจะรับผิดชอบค่ารถตามจริงแต่ไม่เกินค่าเช่ารถต่อวันที่ลูกค้าเช่า ค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ (หากมี) ทางลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเอง
7. If there is damage to the van from customers careless and not caused by normal use conditions. The customer must pay for the repair with the full amount. หากมีความเสียหายเกิดจากความประมาทลูกค้าในการใช้บริการกับรถ ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องชำระค่าซ่อมบำรุงต่างๆเต็มจำนวน
